Staying Grounded in time of Turmoil

In a time like we are facing today finding a way to stay grounded can be a very difficult thing to do.  The truth is , we should be focusing on keeping ourselves grounded. 

We are seeing people that are letting fear of the unknown take control of themselves. The Toilet paper phenomenon is a result of such loss of control. It is such an easy thing to happen. It takes a lot of work not to let those little voices take control of your emotions and we start to do things that cause you and others around you more stress. 

Staying Grounded is important not only to help you feel focused but so that you are of best use for those around you.  

Here is a few steps you can take to keep yourself grounded :


Step by Step:

1.

Find a quiet place where you are not disturbed and relax. Take a deep breath

2.

Listen to guided meditation. 

3.

Diffuse or apply grounding essential oils - Apply below roller blend on lower spine.

4.

Focus on the facts: This too will pass. 

Staying grounded and positive is really the best way to get through this crazy time we are now living. Please don't go running to the shops and buy what you don't need.  Have 2 weeks worth at home but not 10 years worth of toilet paper.
